LuLu Online Store UK is operated by Y International, based in the West Midlands, United Kingdom. We specialise in authentic Kerala and Indian grocery products including frozen snacks, ready meals, cooking oils, spices and fresh produce, delivered across the UK.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images and prices accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to limit quantities. All products are subject to availability.

As our products include frozen and perishable food items, we strongly recommend that you follow all storage and handling instructions provided on the packaging.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

6. Delivery

We offer UK-wide delivery. Delivery charges and estimated timescales will be displayed at checkout. While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Free delivery is available on orders over £40.

7. Warehouse Collection

Customers local to the West Midlands may collect their orders directly from our warehouse. Collection details and availability will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Please do not attend the warehouse without a confirmed collection slot.

8. Food Safety

Our frozen products must be kept frozen upon receipt and handled in accordance with food safety guidelines. We are not responsible for any deterioration in product quality caused by improper storage or handling after delivery or collection.

9. Returns & Refunds

As all products are food items, we do not accept returns. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details of the limited circumstances in which a replacement or store credit may be offered.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is the property of LuLu Online Store UK / Y International and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuLu Online Store UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
